{Handmade with Love} for my clients...because they are the best!

I looooove these so much! I've been looking, searching, scouring the interwebs for all things related to gift wrapping to find something to be a keepsake for  my clients images instead of a manilla envelope (I know forgive me), but no longer. I adore genuine, handmade items that have a purpose and have style. So, thankfully my sister rescued me and designed these gorgeous CD/5x7 image pouches for me to give to my clients. Yay!  

These fantastic CD/5x7 photo pouches are Handmade by Jackie Bray. 

She did an amazing job! Don't you think?

{I heart Sun Flare}

It may be considered a technical mistake or even a distraction, but I adore sun flare because of the color, the  closeness with the sun, the golden glow it creates is so romatic, and because it's just plain cool, in my opinion! Here is a recent session where the sun with its golden glow was beckoning me to capture it's glory:)...hehe! Also, I love love and this couple were sooo smitten it was delightful! I told you sun flare is romatic:).

Who likes leaves? Brooklynn does! She was so in love with these leaves. She is 9 months and enamored with all the newness around. This is a moment I will adore always!

Summer nights...

We have San Diego Zoo passes. OK I said it. I know it's dorky, but one of the main reasons I like to go to the zoo is because of the sky buckets (I think that's what there called:)). I love the view overlooking downtown, you can see for miles on a clear day and the feeling of flight without engines strapped to the sides of course. I could seriously just go there for the sky buckets. Plus, amazing foliage and gorgeous animals, need I say more. 

 Parker and I went to the night zoo recently, well there open til 9pm. I prefer summer nights because they are cooler less crowded and the light is really beautiful for photographs.

Photographer note: All photos were taken with my Canon 7D and the 50 1.4 lens. I love the depth of field this lens has. And for low light it captures the ambient light beautifully.
