My husband and I enjoy taking walks together, we hold hands and just talk. Talk about smore cookies (amazing), about babies (nervous & gitty), about politics (need to learn more), no topic is off limits.
This part of my day is something I look forward to and cherish. Truly refreshing actually! It might take some cohesion on Parker's part, but once I start walking I get happy:).
A few weeks ago...the rain finally cleared and the clouds swirled away with the jetty up above. Residual wisps of the delightfully fluffy sweetness filled the sky and we walked...
Sometimes it is nice to just be. With no make-up (maybe a little) and contemplate how we will be inspired and challenge ourselves in our life together. For me, it is easy to get caught up in the latest Gossip Girl episode (yes I watch) or get sucked into the vortex of photo editing.
So, I have to take a step back and just be.
